Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?
No appointment is necessary.  However, you may call and make an appointment to avoid the possibility of waiting.  An estimator is here Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 5:30pm.


How long will it take to get an estimate?
On average you can get an estimate in 15 minutes.


What do I need to bring?
We only need you and your car to do an estimate.  If you have a claim number from your insurance company, please bring that too.  Then, Relax, We’ll Take It From Here.”


Where are you located?
We’re located at 260 Northland Drive NE, just minutes from downtown Rockford and seconds from Wolverine Blvd.


Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes, all we need is a claim number from you and we’ll take it from there.  We work with your insurance company so you can get on with daily living.


If I have an accident, do I have to use a repair facility that my insurance company suggests?
No, you have the right to choose the body shop that’s right for you.  It is illegal for insurance companies to steer customers to shops other than their choice. 

Don’t let your insurance company use these known scare tactics when filing a claim:

  • The shop you chose is not on our list.
  • The shop you chose is not a preferred provider.
  • We can’t guarantee the repairs if repaired at the shop you chose.
  • Your repairs could be delayed if you don’t use a shop on our list.
  • You may be responsible for additional costs with your shop of choice.

Do you have loaner cars?
Yes, we have loaner cars that can be scheduled for use while your car is being repaired.  We also offer low-cost rental cars for immediate use.  We will make the rental car reservation for you.


Can you give me a quote over the phone?
We can initiate an estimate and schedule an appointment through our website or by phone.  Click “request a quote”, then enter the required vehicle and contact information.  We’ll get back to you that day.
